This is my first image for my project thing =]
This was for No.1 - It Hurts. & yes its your typical blood image, but i've always been quite intriqued about using fake blood or food colouring in my case! Obviously the idea for this image was the idea of love and feeling like you 'dying', and how the whole situation 'hurts'. This is why i used blood...to also symbolise aomething physical more than the mental side of 'heartbreak'. With this is image i made the model try and get as many creases in there neck as they could, so that the 'blood' would weave into them slightly, to create a more interesting effect. I have slighty heightend the contrast & saturation using a basic editing software i got with my samsung camera. Although i used my Canon eos 400d for this image. I added a basic thin black frame to this image, this made it stand out more. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
